Before You Start You Will Need:


1. Your water bill - You will need the last four digits of your account number and the last four digits of the phone number associated with the account in order to access the payment system. If you do not have a current phone number on file, please call our office at (706) 675-3358 to update your account information.


2. Your credit card information - You will need the credit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit card bills are mailed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.


PLEASE NOTE: If your account is about to be disconnected or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment over the Internet. You can  make a payment at our location from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.


Payments can take up to three business days before they post to your water account.






Effective September 1, 2014, the Heard County Water Authority will assess a $2.50 service charge to all debit/credit card payments. This will include all online, telephone and in-office payments with a debit/credit card.


Refund Policy - There are no refunds or chargebacks on credit card payments. In the case of error or dispute please visit our offices during normal business hours.


Privacy Policy - Your information used in Online Bill Pay will never be shared, sold, or rented to anyone.
