Rates
Understanding Your Deposit and Administration Fee
Residential water only:
Owner $50.00 plus a $50.00 non refundable administration fee
Renter $150.00 plus $50.00 non refundable administration fee
Commercial/Industrial/Agricultural Water Only:
Deposit calculated on past billing history (Average 2 month’s bill) plus $50.00 non refundable administration fee. If no history is available, history will be calculated on AWWA standard water use for comparable accounts.
Residential water and sewer:
Owner $100.00 plus $50.00 non refundable administration fee
Renter $200.00 plus $50.00 non refundable administration fee
Commercial/Industrial/Agricultural Water and Sewer:
Deposit calculated on past billing history (Average 2 month’s bill) on water and sewer plus a $50.00 non refundable administration fee.
The administration fee and new deposit charges shall be included in the new tap fees.

Your Outdoor Water Use
There shall be no restrictions on the following:
1) Commercial agricultural operations
2) Irrigation of personal food gardens
3) Irrigation of new and replanted plants, seeds, or turf
in landscape, golf courses, or sports turf fields during
installation and for a period of 30 days following installation.
4) Drip irrigation or irrigation using soaker hoses
5) Hand watering with a hose with automatic cutoff or handheld
container
6) Irrigation of crops held for sale or resale or installation.
7) Irrigation of athletic fields, golf courses, or public turf grass
recreational areas.
8) Installation, maintenance, or calibration of irrigation systems.
Sewer Rates
MULTI UNIT (APARTMENTS, TRAILER PARKS, DUPLEX,ETC, WHERE UNITS DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL WATER METERS. BASE RATE PLUS PLUS $6.75 PER THOUSAND
